Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Rajasthan

Location: Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Alwar

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years in Field Sales / Channel Sales (BFSI / Insurance / Telecom Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream), MBA Preferred

Salary / CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹6.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and drive business through field sales operations.
Develop and expand distribution network across assigned territory.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives / channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, product pitches, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities for business growth.

Proven experience in Field Sales / Team Handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
