Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Rajasthan

Location: Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Alwar

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years in Field Sales / Channel Sales (BFSI / Insurance / Telecom Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream), MBA Preferred

Salary / CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹6.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive business through field sales operations.

• Develop and expand distribution network across assigned territory.

• Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives / channel partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct client meetings, product pitches, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for business growth.

• Proven experience in Field Sales / Team Handling.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and ready for extensive travel within Rajasthan.
