Responsibilities:

- The Sales Manager Team is in charge of assembling a team of Life Insurance Advisors from their personal and professional networks.

- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible

- Gather leads from the general public.

- Upholding a solid rapport with the clients.

- Finding ways to enhance sales and marketing strategies.

- Establishing a team of sales reps; motivating and advising them; and using personal and professional networks. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification : Graduate / MBA

- Two-Wheeler Required

- 2 To 5 years of field sales experience

- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years

- Good stability.

- Presently working
