Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Agency Channel business in the assigned territory

  • Recruit quality Insurance Advisors and build a strong performing team

  • Provide on-field training, joint sales calls & continuous mentoring to advisors

  • Drive monthly premium targets through effective sales planning & execution

  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved

  • Build long-term relationships with advisors to improve retention & activation

  • Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting & client conversion

  • Ensure high persistency ratio and renewal premium collection

  • Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS for branch review

  • Identify local market opportunities and implement growth strategies
