The Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting home loan products offered by the organization. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing financial guidance, and ensuring a smooth loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
Identify and generate leads for home loan business through various channels (DSAs, builders, real estate agents, referrals, digital sources, etc.).
Meet and counsel potential customers to understand their home loan requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and process flow.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, technical) to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and builder tie-ups.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
