Role Overview

DTDC Express Courier is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop customer relations, and maximize revenue for our local franchise branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business clients (corporates, SMEs, e-commerce, individuals).

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Plan, execute, and monitor local sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitor activity.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate regular sales performance reports.

• Respond promptly to client queries and offer solutions to customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics/courier/services.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license or two-wheeler for field sales is preferred.
