Key Responsibilities: • Achieve monthly sales disbursal targets of ₹5 Crores. • Contribute across the entire process from lead sourcing to loan disbursement via DSAs and Connectors. • Maintain strong market connect with 50+ DSA channels. • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across BL, PL, HL, LAP— including eligibility criteria, valuation methods, and risk assessments. • Understand key financial metrics and manage basic P&L. • Possess working knowledge of lending programs such as Low LTV, FOIR, Banking Products, NIP/LIP, etc. • Take ownership of monthly login activities through channel partners. • Conduct daily field visits with partners to foster stronger relationships. • Generate and convert leads in assigned territories. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. • Maintain existing DSA relationships while actively developing new ones. • Recognition for performance in previous or current roles is highly valued.
