We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
📍 Location: Mumbai | 💼 Experience: 4–8 Years

Akme Fintrade India Ltd., a leading NBFC with a strong presence in the retail lending space, is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to expand our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio in Mumbai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage LAP customers through direct and channel sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and local market influencers.

• Drive business volumes while ensuring quality sourcing aligned with credit policies.

• Collaborate with credit and operations teams for smooth end-to-end loan processing.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in LAP Sales (Retail/SME segment) with NBFCs or Banks.

• Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and existing DSA network.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to handle high-ticket LAP cases and customer profiles with varied risk levels.
