The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, along with strong presentation and convincing abilities. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients within the residential and commercial construction sectors, as well as specialized industries such as schools, high-rise buildings, and luxury housing projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients in target industries.Present and promote company products/services effectively.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Key Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.Must be comfortable working on-site and interacting with clients face-to-face.
