Facility management services
Sope inclusions:
The following areas/services are included in the scope of contractor
1. Staff deployment (including relevant PPE’s).
2. Required cleaning equipment including basic tools,etc.
3. Periodic repair (minor) & maintenance and upkeep viz. civil/electrical /plumbing, drainage,roads, etc.
4. Landscaping / gardening including pest control, etc.
5. All consumables
6. Fire Fighting System upkeep including mock drills, etc.
7. Maintenance of all electrical installations and lighting fixtures, installed in common area.
8. Roof inspection & cleaning pre and post monsoon & related R&M, etc.
9. Lap-top (with internet connectivity)
10. Periodic Water tank cleaning (twice / annum)
11. STP management
12. Ensure safety of manpower and common area equipment.
13. Arranging and liasoning with all departments which includes electricity board, NGT etc.
14. Leading and coordinating various vendors / suppliers for need based various activities for ex electrical, civil, plumbing, statutory etc.
15. Statutory compliances monitoring viz. Fire NOC renewals form B renewals, etc.
16. Operation & Maintenance:
a. Rainwater harvesting pit.
b. STP / Septic tank, Common flushing Water tank with flushing water hydropneumatics system along with associated auxiliaries & piping network.
c. Borewell system including auxiliaries / accessories
d. Fire alarm panel with beam detector, MCP & hooter system.
e. Lightning protection system including their earth pit maintained / logged as per electrical inspector requirements / records.
f. Water Treatment Plant, Common flushing Water tank with domestic water hydropneumatics system along with associated auxiliaries & piping network
g. Transformer, DG, HT VCB panel, DG duty fee with form B, electrical system yearly approval from concern authority
17. Petty cash management.
