Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Heads / Senior Sales Executives with 1–5 years of experience to lead and drive regional sales operations for our SaaS platforms. The role includes managing junior sales executives (if experienced), handling field sales, and ensuring monthly target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide junior sales team members (for 3–5 yrs experience).

• Identify and approach new salons, spas, and restaurants for CRM & POS solutions.

• Conduct on-field client meetings and deliver live product demonstrations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close high-quality deals.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and share performance updates with management.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide customer insights and feedback.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
