We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive / Business Development / Field Executive (B2B) with strong exposure to the Healthcare logistics industry. The role focuses on generating quality B2B leads through different methods and building long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Generate new business leads through traditional channels such as field visits, references, cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Identify and approach potential B2B clients across assigned territories
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective customers
Understand client logistics requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions
Fix meetings for the Sales / Business Development team
Manage correspondence and initial outreach via calls and emails to understand client needs and schedule meetings or demos
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
Collect shipment details and share them with the OSR / CRM team
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the logistics sector
Participate in industry-specific events, trade shows, and networking activities
Manage and track early-stage sales pipeline and identify blockages in lead-to-opportunity conversion
Maintain formal dress code during client visits and meetings
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development
Prior experience in a courier or logistics company is compulsory
Strong knowledge of logistics services (Surface, Air, Express, Cargo, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident personality with strong client interaction ability
Willingness to travel locally for field work and client meetings
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Good understanding of the local market
Proven ability to generate leads independently
Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focused
