About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns to promote chemical products.

• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to align offerings with customer and market needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

• Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across assigned regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in BA, BCom, BSc (Science), MA, MCom, MSc (Science), M.Tech Chemical, MBA, or MCA from a reputable university.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of lab chemicals, specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, and solvents.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and field).
