Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our Motor Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

You will be responsible for generating motor insurance business by meeting clients, building relationships with vehicle dealers, and ensuring policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance sales.

• Visit vehicle dealers, workshops, and individual clients to promote insurance products.

• Handle policy renewals and upsell additional products.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Submit daily field reports and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field sales (Motor Insurance preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Basic knowledge of motor insurance products is an added advantage.
