Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand distribution in General Trade / Modern Trade / HoReCa channels
Appoint and manage distributors and retailers in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets
Execute promotional and brand-building activities in the market
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in FMCG food & beverage sales (coffee/tea preferred)
Strong network in retail distribution
Result-oriented with good negotiation skills
