Job Description: Sales Officer – Home Loan (HDFC Sales)

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor home loan (HL) data and cross-sell financial products like HDFC Life and Non‑Life insurance, fixed deposits, and other offerings. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Source new business from the open market and achieve assigned sales targets. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Gain strong knowledge of company products, understand competitor offerings, and effectively handle customer objections. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Conduct proper customer profiling during calls or visits to assess needs and recommend suitable investments or insurance. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Cultivate relationships with mapped Home Loan Executives (HLEs) and conduct joint customer visits to maximize cross-selling attachments. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Build rapport with customers to manage their entire account and explore cross-selling opportunities across products. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Collaborate effectively with partner representatives and understand joint ownership dynamics during servicing. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Ensure timely renewal of sourced business and adherence to defined sales processes. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Complete training and certification requirements to stay compliant when selling regulated products like insurance and mutual funds. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep sales kit organized and complete. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Exhibit a “company-first” attitude and respect toward colleagues, seniors, and partners. HDFC SalesProsple India

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales. HDFC Sales+1

• Graduate in any stream. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector is an advantage. HDFC SalesProsple India

• Must be open to travel and possess good communication skills.
