Field Sales Executive – Gold Loans
Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field visits, referrals, and market mapping.
Explain gold loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and process requirements to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan disbursements.
Generate leads through local marketing activities, cold calls, and field campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: Fresher – 3 years in field sales; prior experience in gold loans or BFSI preferred.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic understanding of gold valuation and lending norms (preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
