We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling students/parents, and converting leads into admissions for our educational products and services.
The candidate must be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to build trust with students and parents.
Contact and follow up with new leads and enquiries.
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
Provide course counselling and explain program benefits.
Convert interested leads into paid admissions.
Maintain proper lead tracking in CRM or tracking sheet.
Send course details through WhatsApp, email, and messages.
Coordinate with academic team for admissions and onboarding.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
