Job Role: Field Sales Executive / Officer (Life Insurance – HDFC)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential customers for life insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and suitability as per customer needs.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, references, and local networking.

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and policy issuance.

• Maintain post-sales service & build long-term customer relationships.

• Report daily activities and sales updates to the manager.

• Strong communication & convincing ability.

• Goal & target-oriented attitude.

• Self-motivated with good negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in field conditions & travel within the city/assigned territory.

Eligibility

• Graduate / 12th pass (depending on role & location).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/field sales/insurance/banking preferred.
