Functional Area/ Department- Sales

Location- New Delhi

Job Purpose- To manage and drive sales through optical retail, hospitals, distributors to

attain market share in the given territory.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities-

 Ensure to Achieve Sales and collection target and Growth in the given Territory.

 Updating channel with product info and new product launches. Identify and target

new accounts.

 Maximise the visit in the given territory to increase the reach and activate new

customers.

 Appointment of distributors / wholesalers. Managing issues and claims of

distributors.

 Make sure Merchandising and Visibility of Product in the outlets. Sales Promotion

activity to help to increase the sales.

 Taking care of Collections & keep DSO with control.

 Address issues of customers and solve them in assigned time frame.

 Collating information on competitors’ activities in the territory and analysing the

same for the business.

 Preparing monthly reports & Sales analysis.

 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer

need.

 Actively seeking out sales opportunities through available resources, cold calling, and

follow-up with dormant accounts.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
