What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial vehicle loans (new/used)

✅ Experience in team handling, target achievement & field operations

✅ Strong network with local dealers, DSAs, and financiers in the region

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Willingness to travel locally as needed

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Manage a team of Field Officers / Sales Executives across assigned clusters

🔸 Drive loan disbursement targets for used commercial vehicles

🔸 Build & maintain strong relations with channel partners, dealers, DSAs, and NBFC/Banks

🔸 Monitor team performance through daily/weekly review calls

🔸 Ensure compliance, documentation, and smooth end-to-end customer experience
