Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field-level sales, developing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers, and ensuring consistent supply and demand across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential clients such as retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and wholesalers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Promote the company's range of fruits and vegetables to increase market share.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collect orders and ensure proper documentation and billing.
Handle customer complaints or issues with urgency and professionalism.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and handling standards while demonstrating products.
