Prepare and deliver persuasive pre-sales proposals and presentations to potential clients. Engage in field sales activities, including cold calling and scheduling appointments with prospects. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns by maintaining regular contact through member meetings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on new products and services offered by Club Mahindra. Assist new members in booking their first holiday and generate quality referrals. ✅ Candidate Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in direct/field sales, preferably in sectors like Timeshare, Insurance, Real Estate, Education, Telecom, or BFSI. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
