Sales Coordinator / Executive

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for deliveries and pickups.

Handle, supervise, and maintain a team of delivery drivers — including attendance, performance, and discipline.

Assign delivery routes and ensure drivers adhere to delivery timelines and company policies.

Provide route guidance and support to drivers for optimal efficiency.

Track live delivery status through GPS/tracking systems and resolve delivery issues proactively.

Maintain accurate driver records — licenses, ID proofs, route logs, and performance reports.

Coordinate between warehouse, customer service, and delivery staff for smooth operations.

Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or exceptions.

Ensure drivers follow safety standards and proper parcel handling practices.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly dispatch and driver performance reports.

Support recruitment and training of new delivery personnel when required.
