We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. This role involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and/or commercial projects.
Identify new business opportunities and manage client pipelines.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and after-sales support.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales,
Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Graduate/Post-Graduate
Experience working in a real estate advisory or brokerage firm.
Strong network within the local property market.
