As a Relationship Manager – Sales, you’ll be the face of WindStream in Haridwar, responsible for driving new connections, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service and engagement.
Identify and onboard new residential and corporate clients for broadband and leased line connections.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team for seamless service delivery.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and post-sales support efficiently.
Represent WindStream at local events, housing societies, and business communities to strengthen brand presence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, or Channel Sales (Telecom/ISP experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Local market knowledge of Haridwar and surrounding areas.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
