Job Description

WindStream is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an understanding of broadband, ISP, or technology-based services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and lead generation

  • Promote WindStream internet and connectivity solutions to residential and business customers

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (ISP/telecom experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband, or networking concepts

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
