🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and acquire potential customers for Home Loan products.

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market activities to generate business.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable HL solutions.

• Manage the end-to-end process:

1. Lead generation

2. Customer meetings

3. KYC & documentation

• Loan file preparation

• Coordinate with credit & operations team for smooth processing.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat & referral business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure portfolio quality.

• Track market trends and competitor activities.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loans / Mortgage Sales.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to work on field & meet daily activity targets.
