Job Title: Banking Relationship Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years in Retail Banking / NBFC
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving disbursement and revenue targets.
Source new business for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products through direct channels, connectors, and DSAs.
Manage and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and credit appraisal requirements for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth and timely disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets for HL & LAP disbursement volumes.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies and RBI guidelines.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in selling HL and LAP products in Banking/NBFC sector.
Strong understanding of retail lending, credit analysis, and loan documentation.
Good market connect with DSAs, connectors, and builders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-driven with ability to work under pressure.
Proven track record of meeting HL & LAP disbursement targets.
Strong local market knowledge and customer network.
Ability to manage high-value customers and deliver exceptional service.
