Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.

• Conduct property visits and presentations for potential clients.

• Advise clients on property values, current market conditions, and investment opportunities.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Promote listings through portals and digital marketing channels.

• Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.

• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams for transactions.

• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred (freshers can also apply).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

• Familiarity with property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).

• Own vehicle and smartphone required.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
