About the Role

We are hiring a motivated Real Estate Executive to support our rental and resale operations. This role includes calling clients, showing properties, creating basic social media videos, and managing daily field activities.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction

• Call incoming leads and understand client requirements

• Schedule site visits and accompany clients to properties

• Maintain follow-ups until closure

Property Operations

• Visit societies to collect photos, videos, and property details

• Coordinate with owners, tenants, and channel partners

• Maintain property listings and daily updates

Marketing Support

• Shoot basic property videos/reels for social media

• Share updates with the marketing team

• Assist in promoting listings online
  

  Real Estate Staff – Salary + Incentive Structure (Starting ₹10,000)

💰 1. Fixed Salary (Base Pay)

• ₹10,000 per month (starting salary for fresher)

• Can increase to ₹12,000–₹25,000 after 3–6 months based on performance.

✅ 2. Incentive / Commission Structure

🏠 For Rental Closures

• ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 per rental deal
  (depends on rent amount + effort)

Example:

• Rent below ₹25,000 → ₹1,500

• Rent ₹25,000–₹45,000 → ₹2,000

• Rent above ₹45,000 → ₹3,000

🏡 For Resale Deals

• ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 per sale

• Premium sales (1+ crore) → ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

🏗 Builder / New Launch Bookings

• ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per booking
  (depending on builder payout and ticket size)

✅ 3. Additional Bonuses

• Attendance bonus: ₹500

• CRM/lead update bonus: ₹500

• Social media video bonus: ₹500–₹1,000 per month

• Performance bonus: ₹3,000 on achieving 5 rentals/month

✅ 4. Expected Monthly Earnings

Low performance

• Salary ₹10,000

• Adds 1–2 rentals → +₹3,000–₹4,000
  ➡️ Total: ₹13,000–₹14,000

Medium performance

• 4 rentals → +₹7,000–₹10,000
  ➡️ Total: ₹17,000–₹20,000

High performance

• 6–8 rentals + incentives
  ➡️ Total: ₹22,000–₹30,000

This keeps your fixed cost low while rewarding effort.
