Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Sales Manager (BSM) with strong experience in Home Loans & LAP and proven Team Handling (TL) exposure. The candidate will be responsible for driving business through team management, sourcing, and channel development while ensuring quality disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
Drive Home Loan & LAP business through Open Market, DSA, and Connector channels
Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, Builders, Brokers, and CPs
Monitor login, sanction, and disbursement ratios
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards
MIS reporting and daily performance tracking of team
Eligibility Criteria
Total Experience: Minimum 7 years in Home Loans & LAP
Team Handling: Minimum 2 years as Team Leader / Acting TL / BSM
Strong knowledge of Affordable & Non-Affordable Housing Finance
Hands-on experience in field sales (Open Market sourcing mandatory)
Excellent leadership, communication, and target-driven mindset
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years (strictly)
Preferred Background
Exposure to DSA & Open Market model
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
