We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & CRM Executives to join our digital marketing and web design agency. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential real estate clients, giving product demos (websites, CRMs, and digital marketing solutions), handling leads in CRM, and ensuring business growth through client conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads generated via website, campaigns, and ads.Make outbound calls to potential real estate businesses and explain services.Schedule and conduct product demos for:Real Estate CRMWebsite Design PackagesDigital Marketing Campaigns (SEO, Social Media, Ads)Maintain client data in the CRM system with proper notes and follow-ups.Handle end-to-end client communication: calls, WhatsApp, email, Zoom meetings.Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for better leads.Prepare and send proposals & quotations.Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance against sales targets.Build strong client relationships for repeat business & referrals.
