Job Title: Field Sales Executive – E Pay Later

Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–7 years (Field sales )

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard small shops, kirana stores, and retailers onto E Pay Later’s loan / Pay Later solutions. The role involves daily field visits, merchant acquisition, and relationship building to drive loan adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

Visit small shops, retailers, and merchants in assigned areas
Pitch E Pay Later loan / Pay Later products and explain benefits clearly
Onboard merchants by completing KYC and documentation
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets
Educate merchants on loan usage, repayment cycles, and app features
Build strong relationships with retailers to increase repeat usage
Collect market feedback and share insights with the team
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate (preferred)
Experience in field sales, micro-loans, fintech, NBFC, telecom
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work and meeting daily targets
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
Local area knowledge is an advantage
