Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard small shops, kirana stores, and retailers onto E Pay Later’s loan / Pay Later solutions. The role involves daily field visits, merchant acquisition, and relationship building to drive loan adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit small shops, retailers, and merchants in assigned areas

• Pitch E Pay Later loan / Pay Later products and explain benefits clearly

• Onboard merchants by completing KYC and documentation

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets

• Educate merchants on loan usage, repayment cycles, and app features

• Build strong relationships with retailers to increase repeat usage

• Collect market feedback and share insights with the team

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate (preferred)

• Experience in field sales, micro-loans, fintech, NBFC, telecom

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work and meeting daily targets

• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

• Local area knowledge is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
