Gem Homes is looking for a confident and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings. She will be responsible for client interaction, project presentations, and guiding customers throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients, calls, and online inquiries.

• Conduct project presentations and site visits with potential buyers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.

• Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and closures.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
