Job Description

Role Overview

Responsible for meeting doctors/clinics, building referral relationships, and driving patient inflow through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers daily.

  • Build and maintain referral partnerships.

  • Promote hospital services and specialties.

  • Conduct field activities: brochure distribution, branding, standees.

  • Organize health camps, CMEs, and community outreach.

  • Maintain daily visit reports and track referrals.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (Healthcare/Marketing preferred).

  • 1–3 years experience in hospital marketing or field sales.

  • Good communication & relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with extensive field work.
