Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive product adoption in clinics and hospitals. This field-based role involves outreach, product demonstrations, lead generation, and deal closures. Key Responsibilities • Visit clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to pitch products • Conduct demos and presentations to doctors and physiotherapists • Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, and referrals • Build relationships with healthcare professionals • Follow up with prospects and drive conversions • Maintain records using CRM tools • Provide field feedback to improve strategies • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare/Science background preferred) • 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in healthcare or medical devices) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and hardworking • Willingness to travel within territory • Presentation and negotiation skills • Proficiency with mobile apps and CRM software
