We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6 - 8 months as per the following Global Training Module.(i.e On the job training)

- Simultaneously, we will train and promote you in following aspects.
