Medical Representative

We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at Qbik Healthcare Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Field visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies for product presentations and relationship building.

• Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators.

• Gather market information, including competitor products, pricing, and rates.

• Collect market intelligence, understand competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit regular field reports, including sales progress, client feedback, and competitor insights.

• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information.

• Attend conferences, trade shows, and healthcare events to expand network and generate leads.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
