Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Travel Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to promote and sell travel packages, holiday plans, and related services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and walk-in clients.
Promote domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and other travel services.
Candidate are comfortable for travelling for generating leads by meeting and all.
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and other vendors.
Process bookings, payments, and documentation accurately.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa rules, airline policies, and seasonal offers.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in travel sales or travel consultancy.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with strong closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
