Medical Representative

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote pharmaceutical products, build strong doctor relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets across assigned territories in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit doctors, chemists, and distributors regularly to promote products

2. Ensure product availability and visibility in the market

3. Achieve monthly sales targets and territory growth

4. Attend conferences, CMEs, and promotional activities when required

5. Maintain accurate records of daily calls and reporting

6. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends

8. Provide timely feedback to the sales & marketing team

Skills & Competencies

– Strong communication & convincing skills
– Understanding of pharma products & prescription behavior
– Ability to work independently and handle assigned territories
– Positive attitude with target-driven mindset
– Good doctor network will be an added advantage

Qualification

– Any Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred)
– 1–5 years of experience in Pharma Sales (Mandatory)
