Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with strong convincing skills and growth potential to promote and sell solar panel installations for both Residential (Subsidy-based) and Commercial (Non-subsidy) projects. The candidate must have prior experience in solar or field sales and the ability to convert leads into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for residential and commercial solar panel installations.

• Explain government subsidy benefits for residential solar projects.

• Educate commercial clients about long-term cost savings and ROI of solar installation.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings.

• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.

• Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar sales or related field sales.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of residential solar subsidy schemes.

• Ability to handle both residential and commercial clients.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
