Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote specialized medical nutrition products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the Delhi/NCR region. This field-based role involves building strong relationships with doctors, dieticians, and pharmacists to drive prescriptions and achieve sales targets for our innovative client.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular field visits to HCPs to promote nutrition products.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical staff.

• Product Education: Provide accurate, evidence-based product information to healthcare providers.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Territory Management: Plan daily schedules and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.

• Skills: Excellent communication (English & Hindi), strong sales acumen, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

• Travel: Must have a valid 2-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local travel.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
