We are hiring Relationship Managers to handle Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Pune. The role involves sourcing customers, managing the complete loan process, and achieving disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Source HL / LAP cases through field sales, referrals & channel partners
Handle end-to-end loan processing (login to disbursement)
Coordinate with credit & operations teams
Build relationships with builders, brokers & DSAs
Achieve monthly sales targets

Experience in HL / LAP sales preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills

Ready for field sales
