Key Account Manager

An IndusInd Bank Key Account Manager manages relationships with high-value clients, focusing on client acquisition, liability growth (like CASA and FD), cross-selling banking products (such as loans, cards, and third-party products), and providing comprehensive banking services. Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition:

  Acquire new customers through leads, family account grouping, and cold calling. 

• Relationship Management:

  Deepen existing relationships with mapped customers to grow the bank's liability base (CASA/FD). 

• Sales & Cross-selling:

  Sell a range of bank and third-party products, including life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), home loans, credit cards, and personal loans. 

• Client Servicing:

  Address all banking needs of mapped clients, including both bank and third-party products. 

• Campaign Participation:

  Actively participate in driving campaigns for liability and other products. 

• Compliance:

  Conform to bank processes and maintain a strong focus on compliance standards. 

• Sales Growth:

  Achieve sales targets and increase revenue per client through cross-selling. 

Required Skills

• Sales and Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. 

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various banking and financial products. 

• Compliance Focused: A high focus on adhering to regulatory and internal bank processes. 

• Proactive: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-growing environment. 

Qualifications 

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a preference for those with a postgraduate degree.

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales of financial products.

• Certifications: Possession of a valid AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred.

• Sales Background: Experience in a sales-based role within the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
