Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive for its domestic business. The person at this role will
be responsible for driving the Company’s sales strategy, creating & leading the Sales Executives, and
effectively meeting or exceeding the revenue targets. The ideal fit for this role would be someone who is
not afraid of initiating conversations, is fond of meeting & knowing new people, likes traveling, is good at
building long-term genuine relationships and does not wait for plans/instructions.
Responsibilities:- Work with the management in devising a strategy for market share expansion, market penetration and
new business generation. Drive all projects, changes & policies linked to the execution of the above
strategy rigorously.- Work with the management in setting annual as well as quarterly sales targets that align with the sales
strategy, and drive things into motion for timely and complete fulfillment of such targets.- Gather daily sales intelligence from Front Office, identify potential key business opportunities and key
business accounts, understand requirements thoroughly and drive such inquiries/leads till end.- Plan Monthly Sales Visits in different territories with an objective of concluding ongoing inquiries as well
as generating new leads/new business by means of appointing new channel partners, mobilizing old
channel partners or identifying new customers.- Coordinate with Bulk Suppliers, Government Suppliers, GeM Suppliers as well as Bulk Buyers, and
single-handedly take such projects till end, ensuring prompt communication and swift decision-making.
Work with the Management, Production Team and Logistics Team to fully support such inquiries/leads in
terms of drawing/designing, pricing, packaging & transportation, delivery & installation etc.- Build strong business relations with new customers as well as old customers and dealers, and keep
constant inflow of fresh inquiries or business, by properly understanding and addressing critical issues and
gaps at Level II (Level I to be handled by Front Office & Back Office).- Build a strong Sales Team by proactively engaging with the HR Team in identifying business needs,
specifying job responsibilities as well as the hiring and training new recruits, as and when required.- Develop a streamlined reporting & reviewing system for each member of the sales team, for effective
management of day-to-day sales activities.- Attend various trade fairs and trade events relevant to our line of products, to gather marketing
intelligence on product selection, pricing and distribution.
