Job Description

A Fintech Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving sales performance within a FinTech company by leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales representatives. They set sales goals, analyze performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets, while also building and maintaining strong client relationships, according to 6 Pence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay up-to-date on the company's FinTech products and services, understanding their unique selling points.

    Communicate effectively with the team, clients, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise information. 

  • Problem Solving:

    Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team or with clients, ensuring smooth operations. 

  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve company goals.
