We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive product visibility, order generation, and retailer engagement across assigned zones. The role demands strong local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Visit retail shops, distributors, and stockists daily to promote FMCG products
Ensure product placement, visibility, and stock availability at outlets
Generate orders and coordinate with backend for timely delivery
Build and maintain relationships with retailers and local vendors
Share daily visit reports and market feedback with the sales team
Execute promotional activities and schemes at ground level
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Raipur’s retail zones and local routes
Ability to work independently and meet daily visit targets
Basic understanding of FMCG product categories and consumer behavior
Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile apps for reporting
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or similar sector
Two-wheeler with license preferred for mobility
