Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Business Development Manager (Field Sales) from the Building Materials industry with a strong architect and contractor network in Raipur and nearby areas. The candidate must have experience in Bathware or Modular Kitchen segment. Candidates from Doors & Windows sector will also be considered.

Mandatory Industry Background

✔ Bathware / Sanitaryware (First Preference)
✔ Modular Kitchen Industry (First Preference)
✔ Doors & Windows Sector (Secondary Preference)

Note: Candidates outside the above segments will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Daily field visits to construction sites
Meeting architects, builders, contractors & individual home clients (B2C)
Generate leads and convert into confirmed sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Develop strong architect & contractor network
Cover Raipur and nearby areas on a daily basis

Requirements

✔ 3–7 years of field sales experience
✔ Strong local architect network (mandatory)
✔ Proven target achievement record
✔ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
✔ Comfortable with daily travel
✔ Own vehicle preferred
