We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive with experience in FMCG product sales to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets, distributors, and supermarkets to promote and sell FMCG products

• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new retailers

• Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in stores

• Collect market feedback and competitor information

• Handle order booking, billing, and payment collection

• Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the sales manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in FMCG field sales

• Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
