We are looking for a highly motivated and music-savvy Senior Field Sales Executive to drive dealer acquisition, retail expansion, and in-store branding across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, a passion for musical instruments, and the ability to build long-term dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Identify, visit, and onboard retail music dealers across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, and other South Indian markets
• Present and demonstrate Techno Guitars’ range of musical instruments and home audio products
• Share pricing, schemes, and promotional offers with dealers
• Distribute dealer onboarding kits (catalogs, flyers, branding materials, sample products)
• Generate and collect orders; coordinate with the central team for order processing and fulfillment
• Build and maintain relationships with music store owners, distributors, and academy heads
• Ensure in-store branding visibility and capture store photos for reporting
• Share daily/weekly reports including visits, leads, and conversions
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback
Qualifications & Skills :-
• MBA in Marketing / Sales (mandatory)
• 3–6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or musical instruments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of dealer/distributor networks
• Knowledge of guitars, musical instruments, or audio products is a strong advantage • Fluent in English & Hindi; regional language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) is a plus
Requirements:-
• Willingness to travel extensively (10–15 days/month in South India)
• Own laptop (mandatory)
• Smartphone for reporting and coordination
